A Historic Remodel

This 1900s remodel truly honors history by maintaining the original footprint along with much of the original adobe block, created from the soil under the building site. Age old timbers supporting the original structure were incorporated into the design and left exposed. This historic desert transitional with an urban contemporary feel fits perfectly in the heart of downtown Phoenix’s eclectic “Roosevelt Row.”
