1. The Initial Consultation

If you’re still in the early stages, we can assist with lot selection through our real estate agent on staff and introduce you to trusted lenders.

Beyond logistics, we investigate your lifestyle in greater detail. Details like whether you frequently entertain, need dedicated workspaces or want personalized features matter. We use this information to build a home tailored to your lifestyle. 

2. Design and Pricing

If you need a full design service, we use a vetted team of architects, engineers, and interior designers to develop a well-integrated plan for more extensive remodels or custom builds. For smaller remodels, we design the plans ourselves. The design phase begins with a feasibility study to ensure your vision aligns with your budget, followed by schematic designs, preliminary pricing, and detailed interior selections.

If you already have architectural plans, we move straight into preliminary pricing and construction planning to keep the process efficient. 3. Construction

Once the design is finalized and contracts are signed, we begin your project's hammer and nails portion. You'll have 24/7 access to your project timeline through our client portal, making it easy to track progress, approve changes, and receive real-time updates. Construction timelines vary based on scope, but no matter the length of your project, we focus on delivering the best service and a high-quality custom home or remodel.

Our team is dedicated to clear and consistent communication, with regular site visits and direct access via phone, text, and email. By being hands-on throughout the entire process, we ensure that every element is built to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. 

4. Finishing Touches

As construction nears completion, we focus on the details that elevate the space. This includes custom millwork, luxury finishes, and high-end fixtures that reflect your taste. Every element is meticulously installed and inspected to ensure perfection. 5. Final Walkthrough and Move-In

This is an opportunity for you to review the completed work, ask questions, and ensure everything is exactly as expected. Once any finishing touches have been made, you can move into your Austin custom home or remodel. We'll check back in during the first year to make sure everything is still up to your standards.
